About Natresha

In 2014 Natresha Glam U was created in Raleigh, NC by Natresha Moore.
She is alumni of Elizabeth City State University where she earned a business degree in 2012. Later in 2017 upon completing the Aveda Institute she obtained her cosmetology license.

The Aveda tagline is “do what you love, and love what you do.” This is a motto that still resonates. The appreciation for the “glam” effect that exudes from the client inside out is what brings her true joy and passion for her title.

Natresha maintains continued education courses with well respected professionals in the industry. Mentors and training has come from individuals recognized locally and internationally.
Her professional work has been featured in NC fashion week, Forever & Company Bridal Show, NC Bridal Magazine, & Heart of NC Wedding Magazine. Other projects include lifestyle shoots, Pageantry, Key hair/makeup for commercial, & indie film. She has also has products for bridal hair accessories, eyelashes, lace wraps, and virgin hair extensions Glam-U-rous Tresses. These achievements are all contributors to her 2022 nominations making her award recipient for ACHI Magazine NC Hairstylist of the Year, and one of eight to become the first L’Oréal ID.Artist in the U.S.

Currently, Natresha is futhering her career to expand in bridal, film, editorial and print. Some of her work continues behind the chair, while also freelancing with PinUp Bridal and for her brand Natresha Glam U LLC. As she continues to work on her craft and grow, so does her love of the beauty industry and the community of people she works with.
